East Rocklin Real Estate Sales Graphs

The east side of Rocklin is closer to Interstate 80 and is diverse in home values but easier to decipher due to the size of the area.

Most of the commercial and industrial part of Rocklin resides on Pacific Street that turns into Taylor Road on either side of the city limits.  Just over the railroad tracks the residential part begins and there are some very nice areas around the old Rocklin Golf Course, now defunct, out into Clover Valley which is the jewel of the zip code.

Most of the homes in this part of Rocklin are older most built prior to the 1980’s.  There are some pockets of newer homes as well.

The information on these graphs comes directly from Metrolist Services, Inc.  This is the multiple listing service in the Sacramento region.

The first graph shows the homes sold, in pending sale and how many homes have come on the market in any given month.  At the bottom of the graph you’ll see some information that suggests the trend.

This next graph gives information on the average listing price for this area vs. the average sold price.  The list prices are generally higher than the sold prices.

This graph shows how long it takes to get a home under contract.  For buyers, this gives you an idea of how much time you have to submit an offer on a home you like before the competition beats you and for seller’s it let’s you know about how much time you could have before you need to be ready to move.  Additionally, what the average listing price to sales price percentage is.  This number generally hovers around 98%.
